Ivy died of old age. She died at Pointe Claire, Hussell Lane, Medstead where she had lived for the last years of her life. She was a real lady. Came to Hants aged 17 to work at Gaston Grange Medstead. Met Alban at a dance. Founder of Wield Womens Institute. Lived at Caigers farm, Wield.
